POULTRY RENDERING
Poultry by-products – such as carcasses, bones, offal, feathers, fat and blood – which are not intended for human consumption, are transformed into valuable proteins, minerals, and oils.Our Company offers customized solutions and equipment that make your poultry business more profitable and sustainable.
MEAT RENDERING
Meat Bone Meal is an animal feedstuff produced by recycling animal by-products. These by-products include meat trimmings and certain condemned carcasses. They are cooked (rendered) to produce a nutritional and economical feed ingredient. Blood, hair, hoofs, horns, manure, stomach contents, and hide trimmings are not permitted to be add when bones are added to the meat meal it becomes meat and bone meal. It belongs to the group of additional protein rations since it is best when combined with other protein rations, such as soybean, soy semolina, fish flour, etc. It also contains significant quantity of minerals. MBM contains 45% to 47% Proteins ,10% to 12%
Fat, 12% to 15%
Calcium, 5% to 6%
Digestibility is 80% to 85%.
CHICKEN OFFAL RENDERING
Our Rendering Plants For Poultry include a Digestor-Cooker is used to cook and sterilize the waste like (Feather & Offal ) It is supplied with a sophisticated barometric spray system to scrub all the foul-smelling gases released during the cooking of the chicken waste. Poultry waste rendering plants are indispensable in any Poultry dressing operation. They render and convert all the non-edible Poultry waste parts into a sterilized meat meal and oil.

The SEW is a groundbreaking approach to turning fish offal, guts, trimmings, shrimp waste and whole fish into fishmeal and fish oil. The SEW Plant is a fully transportable turnkey plant for protein production. The SEW fishmeal plant is available in many size configurations, with a 24-hour capacity respectively of 10, 25 and 50 tons of raw material. The plant is manufactured as per the customer requiremnt too.
