BATCH COOKER 

SEW Batch Cooker is a indirect-heat equipment with high thermal efficiency. By mechanical structure, it is made up of top cover, rotating shaft, trough, dryer frame and driving unit. Paddle shaft is key part of the dryer, which consists of hollow shaft(s) and hollow blade with special flow channels. Wet crushed animal offal is fed into the inlet door and cooked at high temprature and pressure (130C & 4 Bar). After cooking for the process (Depends upon the material Bovine, Ovine). The Batch cooker shaft contains steam as well and decrease the cooking time for approximately 15-20 minutes.

  SEW Batch Cooker is mainly used in process of drying , evaporating, sterilizing, low temperature roasting etc. for organic and inorganic products and heat sensitive products in vacuum condition. It can also be used for combined multi-application.

  By heating medium, Batch Cooker can be classified as steam type (saturated steam or superheated steam) and Direct or Indirect steam type.

  1. A special agitator arm design evenly distributes dry product making SEW batch cooker for waste meat rendering and similar applications.

  2. Agitator arm special arrangement makes it best in industry.

  3. Standard SEW Design gear box suitable for batch cooker provide robustness in the system.

  4. The batch cooker tested on 15 Bar pressure as per ASME guidelines.

  5. Special gland system makes process of hydrolisation more effective and help in building of good protein in meal.
